Schedule is flexible based on the right candidate's availability. The family is typically out of the home during the day, and the ideal candidate will complete their work during those hours.Compensation: $28–$32 per hourErrands completed in the candidate's own vehicle are mileage-reimbursed. With a full schedule and lots of moving pieces, having a dependable person who can step in, take ownership of tasks, and help keep the home running smoothly is incredibly valuable.This role is centered around making daily life easier through a mix of household support, family assistance, and organization. Responsibilities include helping with meal preparation, grocery coordination, light household upkeep, pet care, errands, and occasional support for elderly relatives who live nearby, including transportation to appointments and meal delivery. The goal is to have someone who can step in, take ownership of tasks, and provide thoughtful support where it is most needed.The ideal person is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently. We are looking for someone who notices details, follows through, communicates well, and takes pride in doing quality work.
