We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Billing Administrative Professional to manage invoicing operations and ensure accurate financial data. In this role, you will primarily review, monitor, and validate client invoices end-to-end to eliminate discrepancies and keep accounts running smoothly. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manipulate heavy data sets, audit financial records, and build tracking models. You will serve as a bridge between account management and finance, requiring a strong mix of administrative efficiency, data expertise, and sharp problem-solving capabilities. MUST HAVE Strong Excel skills and be able to utilize excel, formulas, etc.Salary is $24-$25/hourly based on experience.
