Line cook

Tag's Hometown Bar & Grill is currently seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure that food is cooked consistently and meets presentation standards Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate timing of food orders Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, surfaces, and storage areas Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or sports bar environment preferred Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must maintain a current Food Handler's Certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr
