Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather essential information
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to project planning activities, including estimating effort, defining deliverables, and creating project timelines
• Assist in the development of project scope and objectives
• Define test cases and collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions
• Assess the impact of changes on business processes and systems
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions
• Identify and analyze project risks, providing recommendations for mitigation
• Proactively address issues and challenges to prevent project delays
• Generate and maintain project-related reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress and key milestones

Experience:

• 2-5 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools
