El Supervisor de Limpieza en DoubleTree by Hilton Portland es responsable de garantizar que las habitaciones de los huéspedes, las áreas públicas, los espacios de reuniones y las áreas de servicio cumplan con los estándares de limpieza. El rol se centra en la limpieza, la eficiencia y la satisfacción del huésped. Asistir con investigaciones de accidentes y documentación de incidentes. Mantener el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de patógenos transmitidos por la sangre y los requisitos de seguridad química. Completar informes de inspección y diarios de supervisores diarios. Rastrear el estado de las habitaciones y comunicar actualizaciones a la recepción. Mantener documentación precisa sobre asesoramiento, capacitación y preocupaciones de rendimiento. Se requiere un mínimo de 1 a 2 años de experiencia en limpieza. Se prefiere experiencia previa en supervisión. Se prefiere experiencia en limpieza hotelera. Se prefiere experiencia con sistemas y estándares de Hilton. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y asesoramiento. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Capacidad para priorizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Gran atención al detalle. Capacidad para motivar y desarrollar a los empleados. Habilidades básicas de computación, incluyendo Microsoft Office. Capacidad para leer, escribir y comunicarse eficazmente en inglés. Se prefiere ser bilingüe en inglés y español. Permanecer de pie y caminar durante períodos prolongados con frecuencia. Capacidad para levantar hasta 35 libras de forma regular. Capacidad para empujar y tirar de carritos y equipos de limpieza. Flexión, alcanzar, arrodillarse y subir escaleras con frecuencia. Capacidad para trabajar fines de semana, días festivos y horarios flexibles según sea necesario. Estándares de rendimiento: Los Supervisores de Limpieza son evaluados en: Puntuaciones de inspección de habitaciones de huéspedes, puntuaciones de limpieza y calidad de Hilton, puntuaciones de satisfacción del huésped, métricas de productividad de empleados, control de costos laborales, asistencia y fiabilidad, finalización de capacitación, cumplimiento de seguridad, rendimiento de recuperación del servicio, compromiso del equipo y retención. Deben mantener una disponibilidad abierta y flexible, incluyendo mañanas, tardes, noches, fines de semana y días festivos. Deben estar disponibles para trabajar turnos variables según las demandas del negocio y los niveles de ocupación. Deben estar disponibles para responder a necesidades operativas, escasez de personal, eventos especiales y situaciones de emergencia cuando sea necesario. Capacidad para trabajar horas extra según sea necesario para apoyar las operaciones del hotel. Se requiere transporte confiable y asistencia puntual.
