A day on our fab floor

You arrive, review the day’s shop orders, and head to your assigned press brake. You’ll load tooling, run first‑article parts, and dial in bends on Accurpress/Accupress, Dener, and Toyokoki equipment. With gauges in hand, you verify every critical dimension against the print, record results, and fine‑tune programs and tooling until parts meet spec. Throughout the shift, you coordinate with your supervisor and teammates to keep work flowing, label and stage completed containers, and keep your cell spotless.

What you’ll do

• Operate press brakes (Accurpress/Accupress, Dener, Toyokoki) to bend and form sheet metal to blueprint requirements.
• Perform complete tooling set‑ups and changeovers; remove and store tooling safely when jobs are complete.
• Use precision measurement tools and gauges to confirm parts meet specifications; document measurements for quality records.
• Maintain accurate part counts and apply labels/tags to finished containers with customer, part number, quantity, and shop order details.
• Collaborate with co‑workers and your supervisor to interpret instructions, sequence work, and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Meet or exceed established quality and performance standards across all assigned jobs.
• Keep machines, tooling, and your workstation clean and organized every day.

What you bring

• Strong equipment and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Expertise in machine set‑ups for production runs.
• Solid shop math and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

Tools and tech

• Press Brakes: Mitsubishi, Amada, Cincinnati, Bystronic, Accurpress, Toyokoki.
• Precision measurement gauges and inspection tools.
