Goldfish Swim School - St. Charles is hiring for a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll promote quality customer service by processing sales and registration transactions and being the first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling parties, maintaining the cleanliness of designated areas, and resolving customer concerns.
