Supply Chain Admin - 2 We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin - 2 to ensure seamless logistics operations. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, tracking shipments, organizing documents, and supporting administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process invoices and monitor Bills of Lading (BOL) for trucking shipments
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital files efficiently
- Coordinate material transfers and support supply chain activities
- Assist the OCTG Specialist and handle general administrative tasks
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
