We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with civil litigation experience to handle business and real estate matters from inception through trial. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases, develop legal strategies, work directly with clients, and collaborate with an experienced litigation team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters through all phases, including pre-litigation, discovery, trial preparation, and trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Develop case strategies and provide legal guidance to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license required
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience managing cases through multiple phases of litigation
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities
• Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
