Job Summary Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Stocker (Grocery Clerk I). Reports to: Center Store Manager. Job Description What You’ll Do: Provide helpful service: greet guests, answer questions, address concerns with professionalism. Stock & display: ensure products are fresh, in‑date, properly rotated, and well‑stocked. Offer assistance: help guests locate products on and off the sales floor, provide suggestions and alternatives. Receiving & inventory support: unload deliveries, organize stock, maintain accurate inventory. Collaboration: work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and associate team to meet goals. Clean & organize: keep the department clean, sanitized, tidy, and well‑maintained. Problem‑solve: address guest concerns with care and professionalism. Meet goals: keep shelves fully stocked by designated times. Honor commitments: regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences. Support the team: other duties as assigned. What You Bring: A helpful attitude and commitment to excellent guest service. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting and box cutter safety. Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, walk‑behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided). Physical Demands and Work Environment: The role requires standing for long periods, walking in cooler, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, repetitive tasks, visual monitoring, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally. Work Schedule: The position may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
