Service Supervisor

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales, pick‑up and delivery of products, hiring, training, developing and evaluating the team to ensure the highest level of customer service and product quality is delivered efficiently. The Supervisor will oversee key service department areas such as maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling contract renewals, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure, and ensuring driver compliance. Skills / Qualifications - Required High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred Requirements Active driver’s license Minimum age 21 years DOT medical certification obtained prior to first day of employment Documentation of previous employment Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) or provincial regulations for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. The bonus earned is based on individual performance, location, division, and/or company. The salary range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs.
