The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary.Benefits package includes: Paid Time Off (Vacation, Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave), Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Short/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 403b Retirement Plan, CME ($2500/5 days)## Qualifications* Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.* Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation)* Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois* Federal DEA registration* Basic Life Support Training* Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.* Previous experience in a community health center setting, desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
