Field Service Supervisor

Role Overview The Field Service Supervisor will work in a fast‑paced environment providing installations, training, quality control, and technical support for new store construction, store upgrades, rollouts, and break‑fix service in support of multiple clients across Telaid's full client list. What You Will Do Conduct field quality control inspections, audits, and surveys, train technicians and subcontractors, conduct on‑site field surveys, provide project management oversight, perform installation and service work, and serve as the technical liaison and point of escalation for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across multiple low‑voltage disciplines, knowledge of industry standards, and proficiency in project management processes and tools.
