Job Description

Remote Help Desk Representative - DMV Residents Only - $24/hour

We are hiring multiple Remote Help Desk Representative supporting a large government healthcare program. Will need to go onsite 3 times during the contract period. Contract is 5 months to up to 5 years in duration. Start date is Oct 15th

IMPORTANT: To be considered, candidates must participate in a live video meeting with the recruiter using a laptop or desktop computer (not a mobile phone). During this meeting, candidates will complete a brief internet speed test.

This position is fully remote for residents of DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Equipment is provided.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries
Assist customers with applications and account information
Navigate multiple computer systems
Resolve customer issues during the initial call whenever possible
Document interactions accurately

Requirements:

Previous call center, customer service, help desk, administrative, or support experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced call environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Dedicated work-from-home workspace
Ability to travel to Washington, DC for equipment pickup
