Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships by establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address stability, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, utilizing electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at White Plains Healthcare Center, you will provide clinical support to a wide range of individuals, including adults, children, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling is required, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.

• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with clients.

• Proficiency in using various software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is essential for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing your commitment to mental health care.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and initial client evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, complemented by a fee-for-service compensation model that guarantees payment ahead of collections.
