Job Description

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent from an accredited program

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., geriatrics, pediatrics) are advantageous but not essential

Skills

• Prior experience is highly preferred
