Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable ClerkBevyhouse LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support the financial and accounting operations of our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting, advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred), and experience working in the construction industry. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, job cost tracking, financial reporting, accounts payable, credit card reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial records.Responsibilities:Process and review incoming invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approvalManage full-cycle accounts payable, including data entry and payment processingReconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport the Controller and other department team membersMaintain organized AP records and filing systems for audit readinessCommunicate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiriesAssist with month-end close processes and AP reportingRequirements:1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experienceProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop)Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailSolid understanding of AP processes, general ledger coding, and reconciliationsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitudeWe believe that bringing design, engineering and construction under one roof is the key to changing the entire industry.
