We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member to join our food preparation team. In this role, you will help support daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a high standard of food quality and safety. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and consistency, and values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to established recipes and procedures
• Wash, chop, portion, and organize food items for service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
• Follow food safety, storage, and handling guidelines at all times
• Assist with stocking supplies and rotating inventory
• Support kitchen staff and other team members as needed
• Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Report equipment or supply issues to a supervisor promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, kitchen operations, or a similar environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude

Work Environment

This role is performed in a kitchen or food production setting and may require standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working around heat, cold, and sharp tools. A successful team member will be comfortable following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
