Project Manager

Location : Lincoln, RI Position Summary Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial machinery installation and modernization projects from kickoff through completion. The role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for industrial machinery installations. Coordinate engineering, field service, operations, logistics, and finance teams. Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution. Monitor project costs, change orders, profitability, and quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards and successful project delivery. Utilize ERP and project management systems to track project performance. Qualifications 5–10 years of project management experience in industrial machinery, capital equipment, manufacturing, or automation . Strong experience managing machinery installations and technical projects. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, customer management, and cross-functional coordination.
