Project Finance Associate

Exciting opportunities have arisen for Project Finance Associates to join leading U.S. law firms in Los Angeles. Working within highly regarded Project Finance practices, you'll advise sponsors, developers, lenders and investors on the financing and development of sophisticated projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors. The opportunities offer exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with the chance to work closely with experienced partners on high-profile and innovative projects. These are outstanding opportunities to join highly regarded Project Finance practices offering sophisticated transactional work, exposure to major energy and infrastructure projects, direct client contact and excellent long-term career progression. Requirements Classes of 2022–2024 or equivalent level of experience. Experience advising on project finance, infrastructure finance, energy transactions or other related financing matters. Strong transactional experience with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively on complex, fast-moving transactions. Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client service. Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonder Consultants
