Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Mid-Level Associate | AM Law 50 | Renewable Project Finance And Energy Transition Transactions | $250,000-$345,000 + benefits and bonuses | Los Angeles, CA Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded AM Law 50 international law firm seeking a Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Mid-Level Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The role offers focused project-finance experience across renewable energy, tax-credit monetization, energy transition, natural resources and infrastructure. It is well suited to an associate looking to deepen sector expertise while working on sophisticated financing structures. The Role The successful attorney will support and lead key components of Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Mid-Level Associate matters, including: Support project finance transactions with a focus on renewable energy. Work on tax-credit monetization transactions. Assist with energy-transition financings. Advise on natural-resources and infrastructure matters. Draft, review and negotiate financing documents. Coordinate diligence, closing and transaction-management workstreams. Ideal Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Mid-Level Associate with: Three to five years of project finance experience. Experience focused on renewable project finance and/or related energy and infrastructure transactions. Preferred / advantageous: Strong academic credentials and previous experience at a major law firm are preferred. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000-$345,000, depending on experience, qualifications and other relevant factors.
