Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and assess patients’ conditions throughout the labor process. Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Support and advocate for patients and their families.
