Temp Sr. Research Associate DMPK

Revolution Medicines seeks a senior research associate in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics to develop LC-MS/MS methods and conduct bioanalytical studies supporting oncology drug development. The role involves sample preparation, in vitro assay work, and data analysis for RAS-targeted therapeutic compounds.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for ADME and pharmacokinetic studies
- Prepare and analyze in vivo and in vitro tissue samples including tumor samples for bioanalysis
- Conduct in vitro ADME assays using hepatocytes, microsomes, blood, and plasma matrices
- Perform data analysis, prepare experimental reports, and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks
- Support LC-MS/MS instrument maintenance and troubleshooting operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 5+ years industry experience, or master's degree with 3+ years experience
- Hands-on LC-MS/MS instrument operation, maintenance, and method development experience
- Expertise in biological sample preparation and extraction techniques for LC-MS/MS analysis
- HPLC/UPLC method development experience
- Ability to customize and follow established assay protocols
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with excellent recordkeeping practices
- Ability to manage multiple laboratory tasks efficiently in a team environment
