Lead Full Stack Developer

Lead EngineerAbility to lead the pod(s) of engineers (onshore/offshore) responsible for end-to-end application development. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Cloud knowledge, particularly AKS is critical.Technical Skillset:Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgresSQL)Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deploymentFamiliarity with AKS or similar container orchestration platformsAgile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint managementDebugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flaggingTechnical LeadershipProven track record of leading technical initiatives and setting standards across the development lifecycleExperience in conducting code reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring code meets acceptance criteriaAbility to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical skills and project alignmentCI/CD Pipeline Setup:Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Harness, Argo CD, and CircleCIExpertise in automating workflows and deployments through pipelinesFamiliarity with testing automation tools like PlaywrightResponsibilities:Lead discussions with Architecture, Technical leads, Product managers, business, Infra and Enterprise Security teams to come up with scalable and efficient application solution and build codeLead technical initiatives, build code, set standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycleConduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteriaMentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignmentCoordinate closely with the Product Managers, Design leads and Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviewsFacilitate/participate in sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goalsPreferred experience / Certifications:GCP / Azure Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalentHealthcare Insurance domain knowledge will be plus
