Experienced GM Certified Automotive Service Technician

Experienced technicians have options. At Miller Chevrolet, we offer strong earning potential, a growing

customer base, and a Monday-Friday schedule that allows you to have a life outside the dealership. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to join a busy, established Chevrolet service department. Previous GM experience is preferred, but it is not required. If you are productive, dependable, and ready for a better opportunity, we would like to speak with you.

Compensation and Schedule

Flat-rate compensation with expected annual earnings of $83,000–$155,000 , based on experience, skill

level, and productivity

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

No evenings or weekends

*Signing bonus may be available based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair Chevrolet and other GM vehicles

Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to established procedures

Maintain strong productivity without sacrificing quality

Clearly document diagnostic findings, recommendations, and completed repairs

Manage multiple repair assignments in a fast-paced environment

Communicate and collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians

Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented shop culture

What We’re Looking For

Professional automotive repair experience

Previous GM dealership experience preferred, but not required

A demonstrated record of quality and productivity

Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair abilities

The ability to organize and manage multiple assignments

A dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

A desire to perform at a high level as part of a successful service team

*Signing-bonus eligibility and amount will be determined based on the selected candidate’ s experience and   qualifications. If offered, one-half will be paid on the employee’ s first payroll and the remaining half after six   months, provided the technician averages at least 100% productivity during that period.
