Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide In this role, you will: Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies. Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards. Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe. Provide Laundry Assistance:Assist with resident laundry services as needed. Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures. Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention. Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
