About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to lead the establishment and scaling of a high-performing finance organization. This pivotal role is focused on building the financial infrastructure necessary to support the company's national expansion and strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the accounting function and the development of a true finance function, including financial planning, analysis, and executive reporting. This hands-on, transformational leadership position demands a professional with a strong background in financial management, capable of integrating and driving the financial aspects of the business in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance at the company include leading the internal team in all accounting activities, building and maintaining the FP&A function, and owning cash flow forecasting, capital allocation, and profitability analysis. The role also involves leading financial due diligence for acquisitions, modeling financial structures, and ensuring compliance with external partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a CPA license is preferred, and at least 12 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a proven track record in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting. Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence are essential, as is the ability to influence and partner with the executive team. Experience in a similar financial services or professional services environment, particularly with a focus on wealth management, is a significant advantage.
