The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center is at the heart of our innovation, focusing on developing cutting-edge electrical solutions for our products. Our systems are vital to the full product lifecycle, supporting everything from high-tech engineering labs to critical field operations and sustainment. As an Electrical Engineer on this team, you will have a hands-on opportunity to design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems using the industry's latest tools. You will be a key contributor to the evolution of our products, ensuring our systems meet technical and performance goals in a highly collaborative environment.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary teamCreate test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designsDevelop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goalsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phasesUtilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validationCollaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challengesQualifications You Must HaveMust have a Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) prior to startKnowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistorsExperience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzersQualifications We PreferExperience with circuit design and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuitsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automationStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environmentProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlinesExperience in technical writing and delivering formal presentationsWhat We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
