Revenue Accounting Analyst Regular Full-Time Professional Castroville, CA, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1093 Salary Range: $70,300.00 To $82,300.00 Annually The Revenue Accounting Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Sales team by managing customer deductions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position serves as the primary AR point of contact within the Sales office, ensuring timely and accurate processing of allowances, credits, and account inquiries while maintaining strong collaboration with both Sales and Accounting teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer customer deductions, rebates, and promotional allowances Ensure proper authorization, coding, and compliance with company policies Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, chargebacks, and deductions Partner with Sales and Accounting to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate billing Maintain organized and accurate records of customer agreements, contracts, and trade spending Support reporting needs related to deductions, allowances, and account activity Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and customers regarding: Account balances Credit memos Trade spending and deductions Provide timely, professional communication and issue resolution Maintain accurate data within the Famous system Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and efficiency Other duties as assigned Job Requirements and Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or related field required Experience in sales administration, customer support or finance environments strongly preferred Experience handling deductions, chargebacks, or trade promotions is a plus Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems Experience with Famous Software is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Ocean Mist
