Position Highlights
$190,232 - $285,348 + bonus eligible
4-day work week (30 hours)
Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)
Long-Term Incentive Eligible physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization
401k Plan with company match
Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)
