Industrial Electrician (Manufacturing)

If you're the kind of electrician who likes solving problems fast, keeping production running, and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this role is built for you. • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Document work orders and equipment history in a CMMS
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and capital improvement projects
• Maintain strong safety and housekeeping standards at all times
• Provide shift/weekend coverage as needed; may help support leadership coverage when required

• Hands-on experience testing and verifying electrical systems with standard diagnostic equipment
• Strong safety mindset: able to identify hazards, assess risk, and communicate concerns clearly
• Comfortable working at heights when required
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to communicate well (written and verbal)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Training will start on 1st shift, with expected assignment to 2nd or 3rd shift after training
• Overtime is expected and may vary based on projects and urgent operational needs
