Supreme Physique Fitness Center is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic located in Cape Coral, Florida. Work Environment

Our Cape Coral outpatient clinic provides a vibrant and engaging work environment, where therapists can focus entirely on patient care without the complications of a hospital setting. Operating from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists who work closely together to ensure a seamless healing journey for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific needs and create tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver one-on-one individualized therapy aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities while focusing on preventing surgery through effective non-surgical techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient sessions using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly assess and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation programs, including exercises and lifestyle modifications, to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share insights and improvements in care delivery.
• Encourage patients throughout their recovery process, instilling motivation and commitment to their rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be working with range from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions or post-surgical recovery. Your role will be pivotal in guiding patients of all ages and backgrounds towards a faster and more complete recovery, focusing on enhancing their strength, balance, and overall physical functionality.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license with a clean record free of sanctions and board proceedings.
• Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with a wide variety of manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong ability to create and execute effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for documentation and tracking of patient care.
• Current knowledge of advanced physical therapy techniques, supported by the latest research and clinical guidelines.

Preferred Experience

We welcome candidates with prior experience in outpatient and orthopedic physical therapy settings. Familiarity with sports medicine and an emphasis on preventive care or rehabilitation will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
