Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst - Convention Center IT Support for our client in Orlando, FL. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a fast-paced convention center and event operations environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong onsite desktop/end-user support experience along with polished customer-facing communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable supporting users during live events and operational activities in a highly visible environment.

Position Title: Desktop Support Analyst - Convention Center IT Support

Location : Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Duration : Long Term Contract

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite Windows 10/11 desktop and end-user support
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, VPN/Wi-Fi, peripherals, and connectivity issues
• Support conference rooms, AV systems, and event technology setups
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
• ssist with laptop/desktop deployments, upgrades, and user support
• Deliver excellent customer-facing technical support in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate with internal teams to support event and operational technology needs

Qualifications :
• Experience in Desktop Support or End User Support roles
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 troubleshooting skills
• ctive Directory and ticketing system experience
• Experience supporting hardware, printers, VPN/Wi-Fi, and peripherals
• Conference room, AV, or event-support experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, adaptable, and comfortable working onsite in a busy operational environment
• Stable work history preferred
