Responsibilities of the Team Leader include, but are not limited to:

• Profit and loss of the facility and supervision of the inside sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
• Prepare price quotes
• Source products

• Support outside sales team
• Support sales operations, including order entry, quoting, RMA processing, and database updates.

Qualifications of the Team Leader include, but are not limited to:

• 5+ preferred years of sales/customer service background
• 3+ years of management experience required
• Strong people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-motivated team player

• Effective and proven leader
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably P21)
• Working knowledge of bearings, power transmission, and related industrial products.

Shift Time/Overtime: M-F 8am - 5pm
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
