Send us your story, resume and qualifications to View email address on click.appcast.io you gain:Relationships within the organization and in the mental health communityVisibility into how our community supports those in needOpportunities to share your expertisePeace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at largeWhat you'll do:Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and preventative and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards amongst all facilities, as assigned by ticketing and/or supervisorAssists with miscellaneous facility projects; painting, carpentry, drywall, fixture installation, and moving materials and furniture within (or between) facilitiesConducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locationsMaintains inventory of CommQuest Services maintenance equipment, ensuring equipment is kept in good, working conditionYear-round grounds keeping and landscaping (snow removal, mowing, etc.)Other duties as assignedSchedule:The work schedule is primarily Dayshift, Monday - Friday. Must have availability to accommodate additional evening or weekend hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor or emergency situations.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one-year experience in maintenance services, preferred.Ability to lift, bend, stand, and sit for extended periods of time, as required to complete cleaning and maintenance services.
