As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide courteous communication to employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production or distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, loading docks, warehouse spaces, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Observe food and beverage facility practices for potential security-related concerns, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and complete required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
