• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience with G-Tube feeding (essential for this role)
• Prior school-based or pediatric LVN experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct IEP-mandated nursing services to an individual student
• Administer G-Tube feedings and manage related medical needs according to care plan
• Continually monitor and assess the student’s health status during school hours
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of care provided and any health incidents
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and health staff to support the student’s academic and health needs
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and district protocols
