Key Responsibilities For The HR Generalist Manage payroll processing and support payroll-related administration through Paycom. Own time and attendance tracking, reporting, and employee support. Assist with recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and support HRIS administration and reporting. Utilize ERP and HR systems to generate reports, analyze data, and support workforce initiatives. Build relationships across the facility by actively engaging with employees and leaders on the production floor. Preferred Qualifications For The HR Generalist 4+ years of HR Generalist experience within manufacturing or a transferable industrial environment. Strong payroll administration experience and proficiency with HRIS systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft 365 skills. Proven employment stability with a track record of long-term tenure and career progression.
