Lead Driver & Training Mentor
Waste Management
Waste Management in West Virginia is seeking a Lead Driver to substitute for route drivers and mentor new staff. You will support drivers to complete routes and assist the Route Manager with training and performance improvement. You will participate in safety training, perform pre-trip inspections, and help improve route efficiency while maintaining accurate daily documentation.
