ASCEND is seeking a part-time Climbing Manager on Duty in Erie, PA. The MOD leads at the facility under General Management to ensure ASCEND policies are followed by on-site staff, while supporting customer service, training, and programming. The role requires experience in management within climbing or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
