Automotive Sales Consultant

Capital Ford of Lillington is looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our growing Automotive Sales team! Whether you have automotive sales experience or are transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, call center, or other commission-based roles, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed from day one. No previous car sales experience? No problem. Our hands-on training program is built to help you learn the process step-by-step with real coaching, mentorship, and support from experienced team members who want to see you grow. What You'll Be Doing

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
• Build rapport and learn each customer's wants, needs, and budget
• Present vehicle options that align with the customer's lifestyle
• Demonstrate key vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial conversation to final delivery
• Maintain follow-up communication to build long-term customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
• Support a collaborative, team-focused sales environment
