Field Customer Service Representative

As a Field Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting our passengers along our local public transit routes in Bergen and Passaic County. $20.00 per hour.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends.

Core Role:

You will partner closely with the field supervisor, dispatch, and operations teams, to support the overall Passenger Experience while providing exceptional customer service.

Core Role:

• Be happy to see our Passengers and welcome them onboard!
• Be present and visible in the loading areas and provide assistance as required
• Direct Passengers to the loading vehicle
• Communicate departure schedules to Passengers
• Communicate information clearly and concisely via direct connect radio or phone
• Accurately update logs and complete required documentation
• Keep the field supervisor, dispatch and operations teams updated on operations
