Dispatch and Scale Coordinator

Join Our Team Are you organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple priorities moving at once? We're looking for a Dispatch & Scale Coordinator to help coordinate truck schedules, communicate with drivers and customers, operate truck scales, and keep our transportation operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work closely with drivers, customers, sales team members, and yard personnel to ensure materials are moved safely and efficiently. Work schedule is Tuesday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday from 7:45 am to 12:00 pm. What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound truck deliveries. Dispatch drivers and monitor routes throughout the day. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding schedules and delivery updates. Operate truck scales and process weight tickets. Create and maintain transportation and shipment records. Assist with load scheduling, routing, and logistics coordination. Process paperwork and enter information into company systems. Answer phones, emails, and inquiries. Support daily yard and transportation operations. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, scale operations, customer service, or administrative support is a plus. Why Join Us?
