Location: Aurora, CO (On-Site)

Pay: $35.50/hour

Position Overview

Join a state-of-the-art automated facility and take your maintenance career to the next level. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping advanced equipment operating safely and efficiently while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial and automated equipment

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, and related systems

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Maintain equipment performance, reliability, and safety standards

• Support continuous operations in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience or

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, millwright, military, or a related technical field

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and extended hours when needed

Schedule

Training Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

After Training:

• 4-day workweek

• 10-hour shifts

• Day or night schedules available based on business needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
