Guide clients through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends. Requirements Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools. A strong understanding of insurance principles and products is highly desirable.
