Seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a fully remote position, where the agent will engage with prospective members about ancillary and supplemental insurance products, guiding them through enrollment while adhering to compliance-driven scripts and managing follow-ups. Key responsibilities Conduct sales calls and walk prospective members through coverage options for dental, vision, accident, and disability insurance Adhere to compliance requirements and maintain a natural conversational tone during calls Manage a pipeline of prospects, consistently following up to convert leads into enrollments Required qualifications Active Life and Health insurance license in good standing Proven experience in selling ancillary or supplemental insurance products with a history of meeting sales quotas Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for taking calls Strong resilience and self-motivation to maintain productivity in a high-volume sales environment
