Orthopaedics Instruments Sales Representative - Northern Colorado
Stryker
Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for Northern Colorado to promote and sell surgical instruments to healthcare facilities. The role is field-based with approximately 20-25% travel, focusing on product demonstrations, territory management, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and evaluate orthopaedic instrument products in operating rooms and office settings
- Track territory progress and report achievement metrics to regional management
- Provide product training and technical support to physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Troubleshoot product issues and ensure proper use and maintenance guidance
- Present to large groups and communicate product value to multiple stakeholder types
Requirements
- 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in medical or B2B fields
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university with 2+ years outside sales experience (alternative to above)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage time, stress, and conflict independently
- Physical capability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ethical and integrity-driven approach in competitive environments
