Life Engagement Manager

This is an Activities Supervisor position for our Memory Care. What you'll be doing: Lead and mentor staff by providing training, setting hours, providing performance feedback, etc. Develop, organize, plan, implement, and evaluate a well-rounded and stimulating holistic activity program addressing the needs and limitations of residents. Implement life enrichment portion of memory care program. Arrange for appropriate activities such as exercise opportunities and spiritual activities as reflected by resident preferences. Manage budget, expenses and supplies. What you'll bring to the table: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience working with elderly. 1+ year of experience providing planned activities. First Aid Certification based on state requirement. Valid driver's license Excellent communication skills Availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis What's in it for you: We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
