Knowledge Of perform custodial duties to provide a clean and sanitary facility clean and sanitize restrooms conduct basic building maintenance Skill scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors using dry and wet mop, wax applicators, and buffers vacuum and shampoo carpet dust and wash walls, woodwork, ceilings, and windows collect and remove refuse from offices and buildings move, lift, carry, and arrange furniture, equipment, and other objects remove ice, snow, and debris from sidewalks, streets, and grounds to make area accessible for safe operations Ability To follow direction read and write stand for extended period of time lift up to 50 lb This position is eligible for Veterans’ Preference per ARSD 55:10:02:08.
