Key Responsibilities – Restaurant General Manager

• Oversee training program completion and ongoing development of shift leaders and team members.

• Maintain strict food safety, quality standards, and preparation procedures; ensure operational consistency during peak and non-peak hours.
• Manage inventory control, food cost, labor productivity, and overall financial performance of the restaurant.
• Drive a hospitality-first culture focused on order accuracy, speed of service, and outstanding guest experiences.
• Professionally resolve guest concerns and implement feedback-driven improvements.
• Oversee digital operations including mobile ordering, kiosk service, curbside pickup, and delivery standards; ensure seamless adoption of digital tools.
• Run high-performing shifts with effective labor management, team deployment, and accountability for results.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency throughout the restaurant.
• Communicate regularly with the owner regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications for Restaurant General Manager – Smokey Point, WA

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven restaurant general manager or multi-department leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
